Seorang gadis kecil yang jantungnya berdegup lebih cepat dan lebih nyaring dari orang lain merasa terpaksa meningggalkan rumah karena ia terganggu dengan ulah tetangga-tentangganya. Meski demikian, ia berencana untuk pulang ke rumahnya. Ia kemudian mulai memperhatikan bahwa sedikit demi sedikit orang-orang mulai terbiasa dengan degup jantungnya.
Regina Pessoa, lahir di Coimbra pada tahun 1969, lulus dari Universitas Porto. Film ini (film kedua dia setelah THE NIGHT/A NOITE) telah menrima banyak penghargaan internasional (di Portugal, Spanyol, Perancis, Itália, Jerman, Ceko, Austria, Estonia, Kanada, USA, Brazil, Japan, China, Korea dan Australia).
A little girl whose heart beat more quickly and louder than other people felt compelled to leave her house because she was disturbing her neighbours. She decided however to return to her home and she began noticing that little by little people got used to the beat of her heart…
Regina Pessoa, born in Coimbra in 1969, graduated from Porto University. This film ( her second author film after “ The Night/A Noite” ) has received a long series of international awards (Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, Germany, Czech Republic, Austria, Estonia, Canada, USA, Brazil, Japan, China, Republic of Korea, Australia).
