During the final days of Communism in Romania in 1987, two students, Otilia and Gabita, face a very complicated situation: one of them, Gabita, is pregnant. More precisely, she is four months, three weeks and two days pregnant. The girls arrange to meet a certain Mr. Bebe to perform Gabita’s abortion, which is considered illegal in the country since 1966.
